Verushka Scalia

Hello! I’m Verushka Scalia, a bilingual actor, producer, and director with a dynamic career spanning various media, including television, film, theatre, and advertising. Originally from Venezuela, I now reside in London and have lived in 11 cities across six countries, which has broadened my global perspective and ignited my passion for inclusivity.

My artistic journey commenced in my childhood, where I actively participated in performances and immersed myself in music, dance, visual arts classes and events. I received training from renowned industry professionals and gained recognition in prominent Venezuelan television series, films, and theatre productions. Notably, I starred in Estrambótica Anastasia, Guayoyo Express, and Maroa—Venezuela’s official selection for the 79th Academy Awards in the Best Foreign Language Film category in 2007.

In addition to acting, I have hosted television shows, graced magazine covers, and starred in high-profile advertising campaigns. My deep passion for storytelling and cross-cultural creativity drives me to bring captivating narratives to life on both the screen and stage.
